“The villa was excellent- immaculately clean and very well situated- opposite a nature reserve yet very close to the airport, shops and Faro itself. We used Uber for all our trips – all of which were very cheap and very reliable. The location is quiet. The pool is much bigger than the photos do justice. We would definitely recommend the location, villa and Portugal. The people are so welcoming, Faro is beautiful- lots of lovely places to eat and not too many ‘touristy’ shops – it really is a charming city. Eating out is very reasonably priced and the food is delicious. Every where we went was sparklingly clean. Even the airport was a good experience – swift and well organised.”

“Great place to stay! My husband and our two kids, a 4 and 5 year old, just got back from a two week stay and loved it! The place was spotless, had everything we needed and more to make it feel like home. Having a car was definitely a bonus. We met some other travellers without one and they were limited as to where they could walk so used Uber a lot. For us the best part was the pool. The kids loved it and allowed us to have some really relaxing days. We loved the proximity to Albufeira, Vilamoura, Guia, Almancil and all the other small towns in between. So much to do with the kids! Daniel was a fantastic host. He was very helpful and extremely kind. We would definitely recommend this condo for your next vacation :)”

Description

With it´s exceptionally high quality furnishings, high-speed wifi, and plenty of indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy, there is certainly something for everyone to enjoy in this beautiful home away from home. The spacious living room with pale tiled floors, comfy seating and local artwork, leads out onto the covered terrace through double French doors. With comfortable seating for 8, and additional rattan sofas, this is where you will probably enjoy most of your meals. Everyone can enjoy the 10m x 5m pool with poolside shower and BBQ. The separate dining room with its round granite table is perfect for Spring and Autumn holidays. The contemporary fully fitted kitchen has everything that you could possibly need, including American fridge with ice maker, combi microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee maker and orange squeezer (pick your own oranges in the garden). The separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier. On the ground floor you will find three bedrooms, two en-suite plus a family bathroom. Each of these rooms have twin beds which zip together to make a king. Upstairs is the master bedroom boasting stunning views from each of its two terraces – one to the East which enjoys the morning sun and the other to the West of the villa. Cool cotton bedding and fluffy towels complete the charm and the house is fully air-conditioned. There´s no better place to soak up the Algarvian sunshine than in the beautiful gardens and terraces (made from local Santa Catharina handmade tiles). Around the pool are sunbathing corners and lawned areas and just behind the gate, on the east side, is an orchard with citrus fruits and a hidden “sundowner” corner. There are additional seating areas – one around the Pepper tree and others hidden behind the palm tree. You will find your own hiding place where you can easily relax reading a book or having a snooze. This property has a completely walled perimeter and parking for up to 3 cars. The nearest town is São Brás de Alportel, a tranquil typical Algarvian Village with an unhurried lifestyle and friendly local population. The traditional portuguese market town, Loulé is only 15 minutes away and there is a wide variety of beaches to choose from just a quick 30min drive away.

               Damage Deposit (refundable): 1000€

      This damage deposit must be transferred one week before your arrival day. After the property is duly checked and no damages are found this will be fully refunded within 10 working days after departure, if possible. On special occasions, this may take longer. Please provide us with your bank account details (Account holder name, Account holder address, IBAN and Swift Code) at the time of transferring the damage deposit.

        • No parties allowed. No loud noises permitted after 22h00 and before 7h00.
